Strong by Alex postnatal program is designed to be done as soon as you get a doctor’s clearance. This two-phase recovery program is a gentle and effective way to rebuild muscle strength and mobility, so you can take on more challenging workouts in the comfort of your own home.

Phase 1

This phase is based on empirical research to prepare and condition your body for higher intensity training. A combination of specifically designed full body and pelvic floor workouts will target, build and repair muscles that have been deconditioned from pregnancy and childbirth.

Phase 2

Build on the body you’ve built in phase 1. With our 6-week gradual intensity HIIT style workouts you can strengthen and tone your whole body. This style of workout is optimal for metabolism boosting and fat burning, to get you feeling stronger and more confident in your post-baby body.
